GetHub.io is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that enables you to deploy, manage, and scale applications. The Service includes:
- Application hosting and deployment
- Container orchestration
- Database management
- SSL certificate provisioning
- Monitoring and logging
- Domain management
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Be at least 16 years old
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Host malware, phishing sites, or spam operations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute illegal content
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Violate the privacy of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Current pricing is available at get-hub.io/pricing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
5.3 Free Tier
The free tier is subject to resource limitations and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are not counted as downtime. Service credits may be available for qualifying outages as described in our SLA documentation.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
7.2 Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.
7.3 Backups
We perform regular backups but recommend maintaining your own backup strategy. We are not responsible for data loss that could have been prevented by customer backups.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetHub.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Legal requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETHUB.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetHub.io from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
